Joanna worked for 10 years in corporations at various positions in the operations and retail sales departments. Her duties included implementing and supervising safety standards, conducting internal communication in projects of strategic significance for the company, customer service, and debt collection. The areas to which she committed the most were related to key organisational changes: changes in the organisational culture, attitudes, corporate values, motivation systems, and work habits. She has been a coach since 2007. She works in the business and corporate environment She is a personal and team coach – usually at the management and higher managerial staff levels. She conducts workshops in leadership, communication, and cooperation in corporations: She possesses extensive experience in working with entrepreneurs: for several years she conducted training courses in communication,
coaching, team coaching and leadership, and coaching. Lecturer of Warsaw and Krakow-based universities. Together with Beata Rycembel, she manages the Team Coaching Lab, an ICF-accredited school of team coaching. She is a mentor and she accredits coaches at the ACC and PCC levels for ICF. She is committed to introducing the transformational approach to coaching and leadership in the Polish market.
