She is at the forefront of coaches at Erickson Coaching International where she supports the development of coaches who wish to obtain ICF accreditations. She conducts certification training all over the world. By creating further programmes to speed up language learning to an absolute minimum, she combines her 20 years of international training experience with coaching, psychological, neurolinguistic and teaching methodology.
