Founder of Heuristica, lecturer, instructor, consultant, and author. Creator and instructor of the development method: „Improwizacja – Znaczenie – Prowokacja” (Improvisation. Meaning. Provocation). Proponent of the communication strategy. He gained his experience in international creative agencies where he fulfilled, e.g. the functions of VP and manager of the research and strategic consulting division. He also managed the marketing department at Canal+. As a lecturer and an instructor, he delivered classes at, e.g.: ICAN Institute – HBP, WSKiM im. J. Giedroycia, SMR at Kozminski University, and Akademia Questus. He co-created the formula and the curriculum, and lectured for several years at the sector-specific Szkoła Strategii Marki at SKM/SAR. He was a judge in such competitions as Effie, Superbrands, IAB Creative Showcase, Innovation Award, and AdVenture. Member of the Experts Council of THINKTANK and SUPERBRANDS Author of several dozen publications on communication and strategy. He is also the author of such books as: Atlas strategiczny and Strategiczny podstęp, Tak na marginesie strategii and the co-author of Portret klienta. He created the tools for creative thinking training: Karty Inwencji (Inventiveness Cards).
