Psychologist, certified business trainer, university lecturer, psychotherapist undergoing certification in the Gestalt stream and sensory integration therapist.
As a trainer, she has conducted trainings in the following areas: burnout prevention, time management, effective communication and collaboration, effective team, stress management, mental health in cyberspace, identity and personality development, smartphone as a drug, verbal aggression and conflict management. She has worked with such companies and institutions as BNP Paribas Bank Poland, Santander Consumer Bank, Gerresheimer Boleslawiec S.A., Inteca Sp. z o.o., Empirica S.A., BURDA MEDIA POLSKA Sp. z o.o., Wroclaw School of Banking, Warsaw School of Banking, and the University of Wroclaw.
She graduated from the University of Wroclaw with a degree in psychology and from the Wroclaw School of Banking with a specialization in psychology in management. She is the recipient of a research grant: “Methodological aspects of voice analyses” (2018-2021). She has actively participated in many Polish and international research studies. She is also a certified Agile PM Foundation APMG International.
