The international environment and high organizational culture enriched him with above-average skills in the areas of sales, negotiation, communication, operations management, change management or sales and distribution process architecture, among others.
He is a graduate of the Institute of Management and Social Communication at Jagiellonian University and the Institut fur Management Und Verkaufstraining Hamburg, MBA NW University. The trainer’s main training goal is to tailor the message to the conditions of a specific company and its business environment. He conducts training for all levels of the organization – from line employees up to the board level in companies of different profiles.
