is a series of events designed to inspire and empower HR managers and leaders in guiding their teams towards conscious development. The series was initiated in 2018 in cooperation with the Lodz Special Economic Zone, which to this day is a co-organiser of this unique event.

We wish our meeting with us at the Festival to be not only an opportunity for learning, but above all an event that will become a transformative, empowering experience, while, at the same time, full of pleasure of spending time among professionals, in a unique atmosphere of authenticity and openness.

HR Genius 4.0 was more than just a conference. This meeting is for conscious individuals – conscious speakers and conscious participants who know that the source of success lies in conscious development.
HR Genius Conscious Development Festival is a meeting place for business people, managers, HR directors, and all those who want to stay up to date with knowledge in the interpersonal areas. This time we have proposed a slightly refreshed format. Everything with the participants in mind!
HR Genius 4.0 is a combination of lectures and workshops, theory and practice. It was an opportunity to listen and discuss how to build relationships in a team, whether effective communication translates into leadership, or whether it is possible to manage emotions. All of this was presented by practitioners on 11th May 2023, whilst the theoretical knowledge was complemented by their experience.
“The power of authenticity” – was the guiding motto of HR Genius 4.0. Why authenticity? Because we wanted the knowledge conveyed ex cathedra to have its practical value. That’s why the speakers assigned must also be practitioners in their fields. These are trainers and advisors who deal with development, communication and management every day.
The invited guests included: Małgorzata Czernecka, who advises organizations on a daily basis in the area of creating well-being strategies aimed at optimising work style.
Professor Andrzej Blikle, the author of ‘The Quality Doctrine’ – a “must-read” for anyone who wants to be an effective leader, also presented his management know-how.
Sonia Bohosiewicz honoured the event by sharing with participants her experiences of working with emotions and authenticity in acting.

After a two-year break, we returned to the stage with another edition of the HR Genius Congress.
The HR Genius 3.0 Congress was so popular! Almost 200 participants, several speakers, and 6 business trainers gathered together on 20th October in the beautiful interiors of the Lodz Special Economic Zone, to discuss communication and emotions in the workplace.

The new, complex reality of professional life requires HR Departments to adopt a modern approach and use innovative, effective practices. In response to these challenges, the 3rd edition of the HR Genius Congress addressed issues related to effective communication and emotional management. Many years of cooperation between the Hutchinson Institute and HR Departments allowed for the recognition of the best, proven practices in this area, providing the management staff with a perfectly refined structure of the development process.

In autumn 2019, the 2nd edition of the highly popular HR Genius congress took place.
This time, meeting with a group of HR professionals, we focused on the idea of cooperation and understanding in business. During the congress, we developed competences for building cooperation and understanding, and explored the latest trends, methods and approaches allowing for better, more sustainable and more effective management of relationships based on cooperation and understanding. Starting from achieving leadership internal balance and understanding with oneself, through building agreement between employees, teams and groups within the organisation. And finishing by developing language competences necessary to work in an international environment.
Lectures were delivered by, among others: specialists in building business relationships between women and men. We have learned the Whole Brain Thinking methodology, which makes us aware that understanding is possible even when we think differently. We also learned how to work on our energy and performance in the physical, mental and psychological spheres so as not to lose motivation and achieve success in the face of ever-increasing demands. One of the most appreciated elements of the event was the aspect of communication in foreign languages, which is becoming more and more common and necessary in modern business life, and is often quite a challenge for us. Thanks to the lecture on the innovative Top Potential method, many Participants looked at learning foreign languages differently and realised that it can be much more measurable and enjoyable.

In March 2018, we had the pleasure of organising the first edition of the HR Genius Congress.

The event, the first of its kind in Poland, was dedicated to representatives of the Human Resources sector. We wanted it to be a comprehensive response to the contemporary needs of human resources departments and the challenges they have to face.

Long-term cooperation of Hutchinson Institute with HR departments has allowed to identify three areas that require the greatest support. These are: multigenerational and multicultural teams, optimal talent management and modern trends in management.

Nowadays, it is very important to follow proven and effective theories and implement best practices, providing management staff with innovative development processes in these areas.

Therefore, the Hutchinson Institute invited a number of specialists to cooperate with, who shared their knowledge and experience by conducting lectures and workshops in the wonderful interiors of the Lodz Special Economic Zone. Participants of the event learned about the concept of teal in management and methods of using its assumptions in organisational activities, discovered how important it is to search for the depth of employees’ potential and how to uncover the talents dormant within them, saw that multigenerational or multiculturalism in teams is a contemporary, often encountered arrangement and it is valuable to know what measures will help leaders prevent conflicts and misunderstandings in such a diverse environment. Additional workshops showed how to tame stress and how to use emotions to stimulate engagement at work. The event was summarised with impressive posters, created “live” and illustrating the content of individual lectures. In this way, we wanted to show how visual business thinking, so fashionable today, works in practice.
