Each training course is designed for a specific group with common needs, level and objectives, and the training programme is developed based on a language competency analysis and a study of the participants’ training needs.
All training sessions are conducted in the form of stationary workshops as well as online via platforms such as Skype, Zoom, Teams, etc. – depending on the needs and preferences of the client.

How does it work?

Before starting each training, we assist you on the following path:

• we analyse the training needs of our participants
• jointly define the main learning goal
• conduct research on the needs and personality traits of course participants.
• under the supervision of our chief methodologist, we develop a training programme and its implementation method
• select and create appropriate training resources
• provide reports on learning effectiveness and language progress of the entire course.

During classes, depending on the training topic, work methods such as teamwork, pair work, individual work, games, simulations, case studies, case descriptions, brainstorming, mini lectures and presentations are being used by our trainers.

When conducting training, we also use modern solutions supporting language learning, such as: Quizlet, Kahoot, Linguahouse, TED Talks, ClickMeeting, skype. Communication exercises take the form of: improvisation, script, controlled script, improvised and controlled reconstruction, open summary, controlled summary, translation, open and controlled presentation.
