She strategically combines business development, people development and relationship building. At Hutchinson Institute, she is responsible for business growth, brand development and establishing long-term partnerships with the business and academic communities. She co-creates the company’s development direction and sales strategy and contributes to designing innovative products and services that respond to the evolving needs of modern organisations.
She is a co-creator of the proprietary HRO™ Human-Relation-Organisation philosophy, which places people, relationships and organisations at the heart of conscious business transformation. She is also a co-organiser of HR Genius by Hutchinson Institute and the Growing Circle HRO™ community, bringing together leaders and experts interested in forward-thinking approaches to leadership, management and organisational development.
A graduate of the University of Lodz, Lodz University of Technology and Johannes Gutenberg Universität, she has also completed postgraduate studies in Organisational Coaching and Mentoring at the University of Lodz as well as the Business Trainer Academy. She combines a strong business perspective with expertise in people development, coaching, mentoring and leadership.
An HR Expert, she has been awarded the Tygrys Biznesu distinction and recognised among the 100 Most Influential Women of the Lodz Region.
She is passionate about conscious leadership, unlocking the potential of people and organisations, building meaningful business relationships and creating solutions based on design thinking.
