She has more than 15 years of experience as a trainer, having delivered both in-person and online trainings, open programs as well as tailor-made courses for organizations. She is a lecturer in postgraduate programs in human resources and payroll. In her training work, she combines legal expertise with HR practice and real organizational challenges.
