She founded her first company in 2001 and is still an entrepreneur today. She has run businesses in industries such as clothing, advertising, events, catering, fitness, real estate and training. She is currently active in real estate (boutique business centre), training and consulting. At TVP OT Łódź, she is the head of the Promotion, Marketing and Advertising Department).
She provides business mentoring (often supported by mental training), mental training, training, business consulting.
Her areas of expertise are: building effective and engaged teams, communication, DISC, feedback, personal branding, professional burnout, mental training, working with yourself, self-awareness, confidence building, goal setting, priorities, strategy.
She has many years of business experience and is a practitioner with a very good knowledge of the entrepreneurial world. She has a lot of developed systems, methods and ways of doing things. Her strengths are her ability to influence, inspire and motivate people to take action. She is focused on solutions. She is characterised by sincerity, directness, energy and charisma.
