Magdalena is a consultant and manager with more than a dozen years of experience working as an Interim HR Director. She has designed and launched many processes of work position evaluation, developing career paths, KPI-based motivational systems, and internal & external branding strategies in various organisations. She has 20 years of experience in conducting training courses and more than a decade of experience in working as a coach and mentor, which is why she knows how to diagnose and develop people’s potentials. In her work she helps people develop authentic relations with themselves and others, and successfully pursue their professional goals.
Magdalena wrote her Ph.D. dissertation at the Chair of Organisation and Economics of Consumption, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She also holds an HR Manager diploma (ARG, Centre for Training Managerial Staff, Warsaw-Poznań), and an ICC coach certificate. She is also a licensed Extended Disc consultant. She has completed a license programme in psychobiology and received a diploma authorising her to conduct psychobiological therapy.
Magdalena has 23 years of experience in working as a consultant, manager, coach, and academic lecturer. Between 2010 and 2019 she worked as an Interim HR Director at, e.g.: Dot2Dot S.A., Interak, Edelmann Poland, Sol-Millennium Europe, and Betomax Poland. She was the Board’s Strategic Advisor in the Development of Human Capital strategic project at WSB Toruń/Bydgoszcz/Łódź. She was also specialist executive of MBA studies at WSB.
