A graduate of Management and Technology at the International Faculty of Engineering at Lodz University of Technology, postgraduate MBA studies at the Cracow University of Economics, and the Life & Business Coaching Academy at the Metrum® School.
She has 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, working in the areas of Purchasing, Product Development, and Project Management within global organizations employing over 10,000 people. She has managed international, geographically dispersed teams in both line and matrix structures.
Today, she supports companies and organizations as a trainer, helping them build value-based cultures, leadership, and teams. By combining experience in a manufacturing environment with a holistic approach to human development, she views organizations not only through the lens of processes and results, but also relationships, culture, and long-term impact.
