Managing Director
Managing Director of Hutchinson Institute, responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth delivery of training programmes, team building and recruitment, brand development, corporate strategy planning and the continued growth of HI, as well as maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key clients.
A graduate of German Philology at the University of Łódź, the Mini MBA Management Programme at PAM Center, Faculty of Management, University of Łódź, Postgraduate Studies in Organisational Coaching and Mentoring at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, University of Łódź, and the Business Trainer Academy. She has also completed the Human Resources Management Academy, the Master of Business English Academy, Total Service Management at the Kaizen Institute, as well as numerous training programmes in management, change management and ISO 9001.
Co-creator of the HRO™ Human-Relation-Organisation philosophy. Co-organiser of the HR Genius by Hutchinson Institute initiative and the Growing Circle HRO™ community. She has been awarded the title of Business Tiger three times, nominated twice for the title of Manager of the Year of the Łódź Region, and recognised among the 100 most influential women in the Łódź region. She is also a member of the Programme Council for the Management degree programme at the University of Humanities and Economics in Łódź.
Outside of work, she is passionate about sport and good cinema, and is a fulfilled mother and wife.
