A business trainer, business psychologist, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. He works with leaders and teams who are tired of meetings and workshops that are “interesting” but lead to no real change. He designs and delivers workshops that help teams structure complexity, name what is usually left unsaid, and make decisions that have a real impact on everyday work.
He brings over 10 years of managerial experience in the fashion industry and more than 6 years of experience in training and facilitation. As a sales manager, he was responsible for results, teams, and decision-making under pressure — experience that now strongly shapes his practical approach to leadership and organizational development.
He specializes in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, treating it not as a creative exercise, but as a powerful tool for systems thinking, strategy development, and effective decision-making. He also works with leadership development (including the SLII® Blanchard model) and public speaking.
In his work, he values naturalness, directness, and genuine human connection. He often uses humor to break down barriers, quickly creating an atmosphere of openness and trust. Participants appreciate him for his attentiveness, ability to listen, and skill in accurately naming what truly matters within a team.
He primarily works in a workshop-based, in-person format and delivers projects across Poland.
Privately, he is a husband and father of two sons, with a passion for sport, movement, and nature.
