Mediator and trainer for intercultural competences and mediation, author of educational programs and projects with more than 17 years of experience. Own experience in intercultural teams as team member and team coordinator – carried out projects under the auspices of the European Commission, the University for Social Sciences and Humanities SWPS (Poland), the Law Academy in Trier (Germany), the German Judges Academy in Wustrau (Germany), the Regional Police Headquarters in Wrocław (Poland), the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession (Poland), YMCA Kaliningrad (Russia), international companies as Bosch/Siemens, TRW Automotive, IBM (Poland) and others. Own expat experience – over 10 years studying and working abroad in Germany, Australia and USA. Since 2014 Coordinator for Intercultural Dialogue for the City of Wrocław in charge of developing projects for the citizens of Wrocław in the area of cultural sensitivity and inclusion of expats and migrants from over 100 countries, including 70.000 Ukrainian citizens. As trainer specializes in teaching attitudes of openness with creative and highly effective methods (games based learning, visual communication, Betzavta, Anti Bias etc.).
