Michal is an accredited ICF coach at the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level, an authorized facilitator of the Team Diagnostic™ method and – one of the few in Poland – a certified coach of the HBDI® (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) method.
He works both in business and corporate environments, as well as in schools and offices. He is an individual and team coach, and also conducts development workshops for middle and senior management – he has implemented large projects for BZ WBK, Adamed, Shell Shared Services, Pratt & Whitney, among others. His specialty is development processes leading to a change in the organization’s culture – spreading the use of feedback, attentive listening skills, self-awareness, emotional intelligence and shaping courage competencies.
