He gained experience working for Nike – a world leading sport brand – for 11 years. There he was creating and adjusting sales standard to Clients behaviours and attitudes in Poland. He had been working for VRG. SA. For 3 years where he worked on refining the client service standards and creating sales strategy for Vistula and Bytom showrooms. Besides his struggles to raise the sales index, he was also responsible for the development of manager skills by training executives and regional managers.
